Returns & Exchanges

All Plain Intent products are made to order. Production begins once an order is placed, allowing us to avoid excess inventory and unnecessary waste.

Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review the case and determine the appropriate course of action.

Orders typically ship within 2–7 business days after production. Shipping times may vary depending on destination.

We encourage customers to review the size guide carefully before placing an order.
